Meewasin Valley Authority is seeking a contractor to upgrade trail infrastructure in Kiwanis Memorial Park, a heavily used downtown Saskatoon riverbank park. The work includes removing existing asphalt paths, furnishings, and light standards; installing new asphalt trail, topsoil and groundcover repairs, planting beds, plantings, a concrete retaining wall and slabs, and installing owner-supplied site furnishings. Contractors must also manage establishment maintenance and work safely around contaminated soil/hazardous materials while keeping pedestrian and cyclist detours compliant.
