SaskPower is seeking the Services of an Owner’s Engineer to support SaskPower for the duration of a proposed Project for the development of a Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engine (RICE) power station. The Owner’s Engineer to provide design support and technical expertise to SaskPower. The Owner’s Engineer is required to assist SaskPower with initial Project planning, specification development, Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ), Request for Proposal (RFP) and Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) processes. The Owner’s Engineer shall also support SaskPower to manage an EPC contractor.
