École de technologie supérieure has issued an RFI in Montréal for the design, development and implementation of a student self-placement tool manager for the UQ network, integrated with Moodle and usable on mobile. This is a pre-solicitation notice with no contract to bid on yet. Responses close September 18, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The solution and implementation services must be available at minimum in French and hostable in Quebec or Canada.
