Municipalité de Notre-Dame-des-Neiges has issued a tender in Bas-Saint-Laurent for a turnkey conversion of La Riveraine’s oil heating system to geothermal. Work includes dismantling three oil tanks and existing furnaces, drilling geothermal wells, installing a 6-ton geothermal system, thermostats, control panel, air exchanger, electrical panel upgrade to 400A, piping, pumps and any needed ventilation work. The contractor must also handle the OSE grant application. Completion is required by Nov. 1, 2026.
