Remove and replace the existing tennis courts behind the Vanier Centre in Wellington. Work includes decommissioning the current courts, building one new dual-use tennis/pickleball court, adding netting, fencing, access gates, and landscaping, while converting the remaining area to snow storage. This is a site civil/sports infrastructure project that requires paving/surface work and site finishing to improve recreation space and winter maintenance use.
