Cornwall Road Utilities Extension & ATT – Phase 2

The Town of Cornwall is seeking construction services for Phase 2 of the Cornwall Road utilities and active transportation upgrade. The project includes about 1.1 km of new asphalt trail with storm drainage and lighting, plus installation of new watermain, force main, and gravity sewer infrastructure. This work will improve transportation connectivity, utility capacity, and site servicing along Cornwall Road, creating a good opportunity for civil contractors with roadworks, underground utilities, and trail construction experience.
