Town of Stratford – Ducks Landing Multi-Use Pathway

The Town of Stratford is seeking construction services for a new multi-use active transportation pathway in Ducks Landing. The work includes building about 600 m of new asphalt trail along the north side of Ducks Landing from Shakespeare Drive to Squire Lane, plus fine grading, compaction, and paving of about 370 m of existing gravel trail between Heron Drive and Shakespeare Drive. This project improves pedestrian and cyclist connectivity, safety, and accessibility, and will suit contractors with asphalt paving, trail construction, and site grading experience.
