Shepard Drive Parking Lot – Town of Stratford

The Town of Stratford is seeking a contractor to build a new parking lot on Shepard Drive, including paving or surface works over about 1,880 m², a new 7.5-metre-wide access area, 84 metres of storm sewer with related structures, and installation of light standards and electrical works. This is a mixed civil works project suited to contractors with site servicing, paving, drainage, and electrical capabilities. It supports improved vehicle access, stormwater management, and site lighting for safer, functional parking infrastructure.
