Upgrade the Outdoor Recreation Centre by regrading the small dog park, removing and replacing about 124 m of 1.2 m chain-link fence, installing roughly 150 m of new drainage ditch and 41.5 m of 300 mm storm sewer, and adding 12 gravel parking stalls. This work improves site drainage, safety, and visitor access while expanding usable parking.
