This procurement is for paving rehabilitation on various Western PEI roads in 2026. The contractor will cold plane the through lanes, including paint lines, to a depth of 45 mm, then apply 45 mm of asphalt seal B in the milled areas, along with any additional work needed to complete the contract. The project supports roadway maintenance and surface renewal, creating opportunities for paving, milling, and asphalt contractors with traffic control and road restoration capability.
