This tender is for road rehabilitation work on Rte 13 in Mayfield and Rte 224 in Stanley Bridge. The contractor will mill a 2.6-metre strip along both shoulders, remove about 1.4 metres of asphalt and 1.2 metres of existing shoulder material, then place new 55 mm asphalt base and 45 mm asphalt seal. The job also includes all related finishing work needed to complete the contract. This is a good fit for paving and road maintenance firms with milling, asphalt placement, and shoulder restoration capability.
