This project involves roadway rehabilitation on Rte 235 in Cornwall and Kingston, plus MacDonald Rd and Inkerman Rd. The contractor will mill a 2.6-metre shoulder strip on both sides where needed, remove part of the existing asphalt and shoulder, place 55 mm of asphalt base, and finish with a 45 mm asphalt seal. The work is aimed at restoring road surface condition, improving shoulder transitions, and extending pavement life, making it a good fit for paving and road maintenance contractors.
