This project covers roadway rehabilitation on Route 224 and related roads in the Ebenezer, Friston Rd, and Rustico Rd area. The contractor will cold plane 2.6-metre shoulder strips on both sides of the road, remove existing asphalt and shoulder material where needed, then place new asphalt base and seal layers to restore and strengthen the pavement. The work improves road safety, surface quality, and durability, and will suit paving and roadworks contractors with milling and asphalt placement capability.
