This project is a road resurfacing and shoulder rehabilitation contract on Union Rd, Whim Rd, Wood Islands Rd, and Cape Bear Rd in PEI. Work includes cold planing a 2.6 m strip along both road shoulders, removing existing asphalt and shoulder material, then placing new asphalt base and seal layers to restore the roadway edge. The job will improve pavement condition, shoulder stability, and long-term road safety, and is suited to contractors with milling, paving, and road rehabilitation capability.
