Blooming Point Road- Structure AQ-052 Replacement

This project is a full replacement of the existing road culvert/structure on Blooming Point Road. The contractor must provide all labour, equipment, and materials to excavate, remove the old corrugated steel pipe, install a new HDPE pipe structure, manage stream containment and environmental controls, build temporary bypass roadways, place structural backfill, and complete roadway and asphalt paving. The work is important to restore safe, reliable drainage and road access while minimizing environmental impacts and traffic disruption.
