Ontario is refreshing a Vendor of Record arrangement for office and classroom supplies used across government. Suppliers can bid on office products, print/copy paper, laser toners, and a new classroom products category. Winning vendors will provide a core catalog plus broader category assortments for ministries and optional non-OPS buyers. This matters because it sets long-term purchasing access for high-volume, recurring consumables like paper, toner, stationery, labels, binders, and classroom teaching materials. Existing vendors may be restricted from rebidding in categories they already hold.
