The Ministry is seeking one contractor to provide ongoing preventive maintenance and emergency repair services for critical mechanical and environmental systems at its Etobicoke laboratory. Work includes labour, materials, and equipment for compressors, vacuum pumps, air handling units, cooling towers, freezers/refrigerators, chillers, fume hoods, exhaust fans, and heat pumps. The supplier will perform scheduled maintenance at regular intervals and respond to urgent breakdowns to keep the lab operating safely, reliably, and with minimal downtime.
