HMMS is seeking a construction partner to renovate the Daycare Center at Parkwood Main Building in London for St. Joseph’s Health Care. The project involves phased replacement of most existing flooring, including removal of VCT and installation of luxury vinyl plank, vinyl sheet, and rubber base, with materials supplied by the owner. It also includes demolition and replacement of daycare millwork, supply/install of new millwork with sinks, plumbing fixtures, and under-cabinet lighting, plus coordination of plumbing disconnection/reconnection. The phased schedule is needed to keep the year-round daycare operating with minimal disruption.
