Stoplog Replacement and Dewatering Project

Ontario is seeking a contractor to design, install, operate, move, and remove a temporary water-flow control and dewatering system for stoplog replacement at five dams in Sudbury. The work includes engineer-sealed shop drawings, site verification, protection of existing structures, sediment/contaminant control, signage, and any required underwater diving support. Contractors may propose bulkheads or similar engineered solutions, subject to MNR approval. This is a tightly scheduled infrastructure protection project that must be completed during the July 16–August 31, 2026 in-water work window.
