Ontario is seeking a contractor to rehabilitate the Forest Lake Dam near Dryden, including dam concrete repairs, raising wingwalls and the roadway, installing new railing, and building temporary cofferdam, diversion, dewatering, erosion control, and water protection systems. The work must be done in dry conditions and includes site cleanup and restoration. This is a safety-critical infrastructure project aimed at extending the dam’s service life by 50 years. Construction is expected to start in spring 2026 and finish by March 1, 2027.
