MTO Highway 400/9 Patrol Yard, Proposed Material Storage Building and Ancillary Works

Ontario’s Ministry of Transportation is seeking construction services for a new material storage building at the Highway 400/9 Patrol Yard in King, Ontario, plus related site upgrades. The job includes cast-in-place concrete foundations, mechanical and electrical work, electrical upgrades to the existing garage, site servicing, grading, drainage improvements, asphalt replacement/expansion, and removal of existing utilities, asphalt, and landscaping. This is a substantial facility and siteworks contract for contractors with building, civil, paving, and electrical capability. Work is expected to run from June to December 2026.
