The role will provide clinical expertise, strategic leadership, and system-wide guidance to strengthen Ontario’s lung transplant program and advance a culture of organ transplantation. This is a professional services opportunity for an experienced transplant physician or specialist with deep knowledge of lung transplantation, healthcare system improvement, and provincial program development.
