Ontario is seeking a supplier to manufacture and deliver standardized high-visibility raincoats for the OPP and other provincial police services. The contract includes three variants: a full police version with insignia, reflective tape, and shoulder flashes; a version with insignia and reflective tape; and a civilian-style version with reflective tape only. Vendors may also provide optional heat-applied ID patches such as POLICE, SPECIAL CONSTABLE, AUXILIARY, and CIVILIAN. Products must meet CSA Z96-22 and other performance, visibility, textile, and labelling standards.
