Homewood (NHS) – Roofing and Masonry Conservation Project

Ontario Heritage Trust is seeking a heritage-specialty general contractor to restore roofing and masonry at the Homewood/NHS site. The work includes specialty roofing, metal flashing and water management components, heritage masonry repointing, plus related finish carpentry and painting. This project is important to preserve and protect a historic building envelope, improve durability, and address weather-related deterioration while maintaining heritage character. Contractors with proven experience in heritage conservation, roof systems, masonry repair, and careful finish restoration should be well positioned to bid.
