Construct active transportation corridor upgrades along St Ninian Street from Highland Drive to Church Street in Antigonish. The project includes removing existing curb, gutter, sidewalks, and asphalt; installing new concrete curb, gutter, and trail; replacing asphalt where needed; and adjusting drainage and utility structures. This is a civil works job improving pedestrian and cycling connectivity and street safety.
