Purcells Cove Road Water Main Renewal

Halifax Water is seeking a contractor to renew the Purcells Cove Road watermain in Halifax. The work includes replacing a 200 mm ductile iron watermain, installing two cross culverts, milling and paving sections of Purcells Cove Road, and full-depth reconstruction of Rosborough Loop. The scope also covers road markings, guiderail replacement, and intersection improvements, plus excavation, reinstatement, testing, chlorination, dechlorination, and commissioning. This project improves aging water infrastructure, roadway condition, and drainage/safety in a busy community corridor.
