Halifax Water is seeking engineering services for upgrades to the Humber Park Pump Station. The work includes structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control rehabilitation, with likely replacement of aging equipment, investigation of tank/valve chamber/inlet pipe/building condition, removal of obsolete chlorination equipment, and site/access, grading and stormwater improvements. The project is important to keep wastewater pumping reliable, safe, and compliant as critical infrastructure reaches end of life.
