The Municipality of the County of Victoria is seeking a qualified human resources consultant to conduct a full performance evaluation of its Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). The selected firm will also design a formal, repeatable appraisal framework and practical evaluation tools for Council to use in future review cycles.
