Central Avenue – Phase 1

The Municipality of the County of Inverness is seeking contractors for Central Avenue Phase 1, a major utility and streetscape upgrade. The work includes replacing sanitary, storm, watermain, and forcemain infrastructure, along with roadway repairs, retaining walls, and property/driveway restoration. It also includes building a new lift station with wet well, pumps, generator, controls, and related mechanical/electrical systems, plus demolition of the existing station. This project is important for improving sewer and water service reliability and corridor infrastructure.
