RFC - Maud Lewis Building HVAC Renewal

Remove and replace the Maud Lewis Building’s aging HVAC infrastructure, including rooftop AHUs, AC units, VAV boxes, ductwork, pneumatic valves, and BAS controls. Install two new rooftop units, one tied into existing ductwork and one serving new ventilation for the library, center wing, and basement. Work also includes new BAS, VAVs, motorized heating valves, boiler control integration, roof structural framing, and electrical upgrades to support the new system.
