ELLSWORTH AVENUE WATERMAIN UPGRADES

Cape Breton Regional Municipality is seeking a contractor to upgrade Ellsworth Avenue in New Waterford. The work includes replacing about 835 metres of water main and completing a full-depth road rebuild, including asphalt and gravel reconstruction from Webb’s Lane to Ling Street. Some waterline work will also occur on Trunk 28 and must be coordinated with provincial road work. This project supports better water service reliability and a rebuilt roadway, creating a significant civil infrastructure opportunity for utility and road construction contractors.
