Consulting services are needed to assess the region’s existing compost facility and determine the future pathway for organics waste management. The work includes reviewing facility condition, capacity, operational limits, remaining life, and whether assets should be retained, upgraded, repurposed, or replaced to meet future organics processing needs. The study will guide long-term infrastructure and investment decisions for the Southeast Regional Service Commission.
