BGIS - PWGSC RP1 has issued a tender in British Columbia for mould remediation and related construction repairs at four residences. Work includes removing and replacing damaged drywall and plywood in basement mechanical rooms after sewer backup, coordinating with electrician/oil burner/mechanical trades, moving two oil storage tanks as needed, and providing an IAQ report.
