MCBRIDE - Domestic Hot Water Storage Tank Replacement

Northern Health Authority has issued a tender in McBride, British Columbia for replacement of the McBride and District Hospital’s domestic hot water storage tanks. The work includes installing four new 250 US gallon tanks, new housekeeping pads, relocated drainage, updated lighting, electrical connections for pumps, and disconnecting, switching over, and dismantling the existing 1962 tanks. Contractors must work in a tight, active hospital mechanical space while maintaining continuous hot water service and managing limited drawings, hazardous materials, and access constraints.
