Upgrade the Lone Wolf Facility with concrete stair replacement, a new trench drain at the loading ramp, and a retaining wall repair on the east side. The project needs demolition, excavation, concrete work, drainage tie-ins, grading, and improved stair design for safer and better-looking site access.
