Consultant services to design and oversee repairs that correct deficiencies identified in IST testing so the next test passes. Work includes site review, detailed drawings and specifications, Class A cost estimates, and coordination with vendors and authorities for systems such as fire alarm, HVAC, and elevators. The deliverable will support contractors in completing the required remediation based on approved option 2 and prior deficiency reports.
