Provide design/proposal services for full roof replacement on the building, including removal of the existing roof and installation of a new elastomeric membrane system. Work also covers drains, parapets, overflow components, mechanical/electrical removals and reinstatement, plus sustainable deconstruction planning to reduce waste. This is a major envelope renewal project.
