Construction management services for a major renovation and expansion of the Alberta Children’s Hospital MDRD in Calgary. Work includes demolition, phased construction, mechanical and electrical upgrades, replacing hoppers with flushers/disinfectors, and managing decanting into temporary facilities while the hospital remains operational. The CM must coordinate closely with hospital staff, maintain continuity of operations, and deliver the renovated space ready for commissioning and handover.
