Prime consultant services are needed to assess and design repairs for Unit 3 at Peace River Correctional Centre. The work includes reviewing prior investigations, conducting additional site and geotechnical investigation, surveying, and preparing recommendations and construction documents for repairing or replacing the slab and connecting foundations. The consultant must also assess exterior regrading needs to address the underlying foundation/slab issues.
