Stabilize and seal 2.56 km of Range Road 2212 from Dewdney Avenue to the railway tracks. Scope includes ripping the road, incorporating existing pavement into the subgrade, installing soil stabilizer to 8 inches, compacting to 100% density, testing moisture and density, and applying granular seal coat. This is roadbase rehabilitation work to improve structural capacity and extend pavement life.
