Supply and Application of Soil Stabilizer and Granular Seal Coat – Tower Road & Inland Drive

Reconstruct and surface-treat Tower Road and Inland Drive using soil stabilizer and granular seal coat. The contractor must rip the roadway, mix in stabilizer to an 8-inch subgrade, compact to density requirements, test moisture and density, and apply the final seal coat. Owner-supplied gravel must be placed as part of the rehabilitation, which is intended to improve road strength and surface performance.
