Defence Construction Canada has issued an advance procurement notice in Cold Lake, Alberta for airfield runway and taxiway rehabilitation. The future project will modernize Runway 13L-31R and Taxiway Alpha, replace lighting and drainage, and add IM/IT civil infrastructure at 4 Wing Cold Lake; security clearance will be required.
