Future construction management contract for a 4-10 year infrastructure recapitalization program at Farnham RTA in Quebec. The work will reduce poor asset condition, cut energy use, and upgrade buildings, roads, and utility networks. Expected scope includes new construction, demolition, renovations, roof and envelope repairs, structural work, and mechanical/electrical replacements. Security clearance (DOS) will be required.
