Ontario Northland is seeking phased interior and exterior upgrades to the Cochrane Freight Shed, including demolition, concrete stairs and ramp construction, structural and envelope repairs, door and window replacements, cladding, roof work, overhead door frame work, and electrical completion. The project will modernize the facility, improve safety and accessibility, and extend building life.
