Perform pipeline upgrade work at Marine Atlantic’s Port aux Basques terminal. The scope includes coating piping, flanges, valves, and supports; replacing flange bolts using hot-bolting methods; leak testing; and securing existing cabling. The contractor must also provide construction planning, safety, environmental protection, and execution documentation.
