Simon Fraser University is seeking a vendor to deliver a modern campus card and mobile credential platform, including physical card issuance, identity management, access control integration, stored-value payments, and self-service account tools. The work spans implementation, integration with SFU systems, testing, training, and ongoing support, with Spring 2027 core rollout and Fall 2027 mobile credential and payment features. It matters because SFU needs a secure, scalable, privacy-compliant system for students, staff, and guests across multiple campuses, replacing and unifying critical ID, access, and transaction services.
