Develop, produce, deploy, and evaluate a national promotion campaign for early childhood educators in Francophone minority communities across Canada, excluding Quebec. The contractor will build on existing ACUFC initiatives while creating a fresh French-language campaign. This is a communications and engagement mandate focused on workforce recognition and visibility.
