DCC is planning a major design-build project for NORAD Northern Basing Infrastructure at Iqaluit’s Forward Operating Location. The scope includes airfield improvements, hangars, fuel systems, accommodation, storage, fire hall, IT/cyber/logistics infrastructure, and other support facilities. This is a large-scale northern defence infrastructure opportunity for integrated design-build teams.
