Provide on-call plumbing and gas fitting services for Saskatchewan Penitentiary, including construction, alterations, and urgent repairs over a 3-year standing offer term. Work may be issued as time-and-materials or fixed-price call-ups and can range from small maintenance tasks to more complex projects requiring plans and specs. Contractor must act as prime contractor when needed and supply qualified journeypersons/apprentices and labour.
