Construct water and sanitary sewer extensions on Reid Avenue at Scott Street to service Shevlin Yard. The contractor will install new water and sewer mains and services, tie into the existing system, and restore disturbed curb, gutter, sidewalks, entrances, and asphalt roadway. This is utility infrastructure and roadway reinstatement work.
